In winters the excitement of eating an ice-cream is kinda different.I personally love eating ice-creams in winters, it gives a kick to our brain and senses.
So the other day I tried Amul koolfi ice-cream which was for 20rs.This was in the flavor Mawa malai.Like choco bar, this ice-cream had a crispy outer layer and a soft inner layer.The koolfi was delicious, tasted like basundi.The koolfi tasted as if it is made up of pure milk and cream.It had whole dry fruits in it from the inside as well as outside.
The koolfi is worth every penny.It tasted as if pure basundi is frozen and made into a koolfi.You can taste the dry fruits and cream as the name suggests in each and every bite.The koolfi gives full justice to its name.The outer packaging is pretty normal which is made up of plastic.It is a pure Indian delicacy.The ice-cream is a koolfi in a choco bar form.
If you are a milk lover you should definitely give this a try.
