MING YANG Kalyan(w),review

I am a total Indo-chinese lover, and from a very long time, I wanted to visit this Chinese restaurant called Ming-yang in Kalyan(w).

So I did visit and I will be writing a review about this place. 

So we first ordered Paneer Noodle Spring Roll for starters which was for 209 rs.It was crunchy from outside and flavourful from inside.As the name suggests it had paneer and noodle filling from inside.It had typical spring roll Indo-Chinese flavor which I totally loved.They also served some kinda sauce with it which I didn't like a lot.

All things here are on a very authentic Chinese side.All the flavors were very authentic Chinese style.In ming yang, all the things are a little bit on the costlier side.The ambiance is also good but it is a little bit compact.I would give this 8/10.

For the main course, we ordered Min Min Noodles and simple authenticated Manchurian Gravy.If you love spicy Chinese flavor then you should definitely give these Min Min Noodles a try.This is very hot and spicy noodles and it's a lot different from normal Hakka noodles.It had that Chinese flavor to it but was very hot and spicy.I would give this 10/10, a must try.

Manchurian also had that typical flavor, perfectly spiced.The balls were very soft and flavourful too.The gravy helped us to cut down the spiciness of the noodles.Nothing much to say about the Manchurian.I would give them a 10/10.

The quantity of all of the things was a lot so we did not order any dessert.We were 2 persons and we were not able to finish the Manchurian gravy.The waiters were also very professional and they nicely explained through the menu.

If you want to try authentic Chinese food do give this restaurant a try, and yes don't forget to try their Min Min Noodles.
