Soan Papdi from Kunjilal Dalshev wale ,Aligarh

Soan papdi is one of my favorite Indian dessert of all time.
PS-all Indian desserts are my favorite because I always have a sweet tooth.
And recently I had the best soan papdi ever.

My fiancee bought this baby from his recent visit to Aligarh, his native place.I researched on the internet about the best food items to be found in Aligarh and soan papdi was first among them.He bought this soan papdi from Kunjilal Dalshev wale and he bought the plain flavor one.It came in a normal cardboard packaging.I don't know the price as it was a gift.

Talking about the taste, OMG I never had such a delicious soan papdi in my life.The packed soan papdi which we get in stores is nothing in front of this freshly made soan papdi.This was so fresh and yummy, it tasted as if made just now.The soan papdi was very soft and had a lot of ghee.You can actually taste the pure fresh ghee in the papdis.

You will taste the authentic soan papdi flavor while having this.After having this you will never go back to the normal stored brought soan papdi.The soan papdi was very flavourful perfect amount of ghee, cardamom, and dry fruits.This was very rich in flavor and had a touch of Indianness to it.When you take a bite of this it just melts in your mouth, no need of chewing it.

If you visit Aligarh sometime do try this, this is a must try from my side.
