Hi guys,
How you peps are doing
I am doing great
Well!!!!!Today I will be doing a food blog in which I will be talking about
"KAILASH PARBAT"
Khadakpada Circle, Next to Kings Electronics, Kalyan West, Kalyan, Mumbai.
As the logo says its famous for chaats and north indian food.Apart from this you can get alot of different kinds of cuisines.
I only have had Kailash Parbat chaat before in a food court but never had went to their restaurant,so one day I decided to do so.We went on a week day in afternoon time and thank god there was no rush in there.
There ambience is awesome,it reminded me of ancient india. It was quite ethnic!!!!
A little TMI ,the air conditioner was quite powerful so I told them to increase the temperature as I can't handle too much of cold temperature.
The ambience was very comfortable with soothing lighting.
Now starting with our favourite part "FOOD"
(The food we ordered was for two people)
We first ordered a drink as usual which is cranberry mojito
It was very refreshing and yummy. In this hot weather a refreshing drink is a must have.It was very appealing to the eyes as u can see in the picture.Quantity wise also it was enough for 2 people. It had tangy flavour of cranberry and refreshing flavour of mint leaves.
I would give this a 10/10.
Next as a starter we ordered chaat platter
It consisted of
I would give it a 8/10
It is very filling actually more for 2 people. If you are a chaat lover you should definitely give it a try.
Next as a main course we ordered from Chinese cuisine that is Hakka noddles and Manchurian.
I like my chinese dishes to be very spicy and hot in the sense of flavour, both the dishes was very disappointing. They had no flavour ,full blank only salt and a lot of oil.Vegetables were not properly cooked.
The Manchurian was very soggy as if it has been steamed not fried.
Quantity was fine enough for 2 people.
I would give this dish a 3/10 only because of its appearance.
Talking about the waiters they were very professional and nice. They properly explained you through the menu.
Summary
Overall the restaurant is good for vegetarian peps out there, only the restaurant should improve the flavour of their Chinese cuisine.
Table booking not recommended

Next as a starter we ordered chaat platter
It consisted of
- Pani puri which was awesome, had a perfect blend of flavours.
- Shev puri which was yummy.
- Dahi puri which was delicious.
- Bhel puri which was little bit disappointing as it was very tangy and salty .and didn't had the sweet flavour of bhel. Bhel is one of my favorite chaat dish but was not happy with Kailash parbat's bhel puri
- Dahi papdi chaat which was OK OK.
I would give it a 8/10
